This package is for the serious beef loving customer who wants to make sure they're prepared for any occasion with the healthiest beef available! Typically a whole beef consists of 450-500 lbs. Here is an idea of what you can expect: 

40% ground beef

• 175-185lbs of individual 1lb packages

35% of roasts/stew meat/ribs/soup bones

• 18 Roasts (Round, Chuck and Arm)

• 14 Shank Packages (Soup Bones)

• 10 Stew Meat Packages

• All of the following: Brisket, Back Ribs and Short Ribs

25% premium steaks: 

• 10 Sirloin Tip

• 16 Top Sirloin

• 18-20 Ribeye

• 14 Filet Mignon

• 20 New York Strip

• All of the following: Flank, Skirt and Tri-Tip
