1/4 Beef Share Deposit

This bundle is the perfect supply for a small family household. It is enough beef to fill the freezer and let you sample almost everything that we offer. Do you enjoy the feeling of security that you get from a fully stocked freezer, then we recommend the 1/4 beef share! This share is large enough that it can also be split with friends or family. This bundle will easily fit in a small 4 cubic foot chest freezer, typically a 1/4 beef share is 80-100 lbs. Here is an idea of what you can expect:

• 40-45lbs of individual 1lb packages

35% Savory Cuts

• 5 Roasts (Round, Chuck and Arm)

• 2 Shank Packages (Soup Bones)

• 4 Stew Meat Packages

• 1-2 of the following: Brisket, Back Ribs or Short Ribs

• 4 Sirloin Tip

• 4 Top Sirloin

• 5-6 Ribeye
