1/2 Beef Share Depost

The 1/2 beef share defines food security! This package can easily be split with multiple friends or family. The 1/2 beef share contains a generous portion of gourmet ground beef, premium steaks, various roasts and stew meat. This package is a great way to set up your family with so many different options for your dinner table that you're going to need a bigger freezer! This bundle will easily fit in an 8 cubic foot standard upright or chest freezer, typically 1/2 beef consists of 220-260 lbs. Here is an idea of what you can expect:

40% Ground beef

• 75-85lbs of individual 1lb packages

35% of roasts/stew meat/ribs/soup bones

• 12 Roasts (Round, Chuck and Arm)

• 4 Shank Packages (Soup Bones)

• 8 Stew Meat Packages

• All of the following: Brisket, Back Ribs and Short Ribs

25% premium steaks: 

• 4 Sirloin Tip

• 8 Top Sirloin

• 10-12 Ribeye

• 8 Filet Mignon

• 12 New York Strip
